About us

Every organisation has a story to tell. But not every story moves people.

Our films are built around emotion as strategy. Because how people feel determines what they think, say, and do next.

For over 20 years Aposs has worked with those who need connection, confidence and change.

We create short films designed to influence how people feel, think, and act. Our role is to bring an external perspective, cutting through internal noise, to make sure your message lands clearly and authentically.

The result is work that feels human, purposeful, and real AF.

If you need your story to land with clarity, emotion, and create meaningful change. We should talk →

Questions

The things people usually want to know before they commission a film. Written the way you'd actually ask them.

No. Some clients arrive with a fully formed brief, others with a feeling they can't quite name yet — a sense that their story isn't landing the way it should. Either is a fine place to start. Shaping the story into something that actually moves people is the job, not a prerequisite for hiring us.

Rather than one fixed in-house crew, we bring together a trusted network of experienced creative professionals around each brief — the right director, the right editor, the right eye, chosen for what your project specifically needs. You get one point of contact throughout; the team behind it changes to fit the work.

Yes, and often that's exactly the setup. We're used to slotting into an existing internal process — reviewing against brand guidelines, working to sign-off chains, briefing in alongside a wider campaign. You keep control of the message; we bring the outside perspective that makes it land.

A genuine mix — public sector bodies like local councils through to independent brands, over more than twenty years. What they tend to share isn't sector, it's the reason they come to us: a message that matters to them, and a sense that a plain, functional video won't be enough to make people feel it.

A conversation first, not a form. We'd rather understand what you're actually trying to change — in how people feel, think, or act — before anything gets scoped. From there we shape an approach around that goal, not a generic package.
